Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available). Payments are processed by third-party gateways; we do not store your financial details.

Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no brand name or product information visible externally β€” your privacy is fully protected. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses.

Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@ppop.in or WhatsApp. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Returns: Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged/defective items, wrong products, or expired items received. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and order ID.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
