By accessing or using the PPOP website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

Our products are intended exclusively for adults aged 18 years or older. By using our platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under Indian law. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed by a minor.

PPOP offers a range of men's intimate wellness and performance products including delay products (Bang Bang, Slomo, Loop), condoms (Time Machine), lubricants, and men's performance boosters. All products are for personal, non-commercial use only. Product images and descriptions are indicative.

Important Health Advisory: PPOP products are not medicines or medical devices and are not substitutes for professional medical advice. Certain performance booster products contain active ingredients that may interact with medical conditions or medications. We strongly recommend consulting a qualified healthcare provider before use, particularly if you have underlying health conditions, cardiovascular concerns, or are on prescription medication.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (where available). Payments are processed by third-party gateways; we do not store your financial details.

Orders are dispatched within 24 hours of successful payment. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on location. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no brand name or product information visible externally — your privacy is fully protected. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect addresses.

Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting support@ppop.in or WhatsApp. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Returns: Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are accepted only for damaged/defective items, wrong products, or expired items received. Opened or used products cannot be returned. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and order ID.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is ours.

By purchasing any product from PPOP (a brand owned and operated by Saffronson Wellness Pvt. Ltd.), you expressly acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description, ingredients, and warnings. You confirm that you have assessed suitability for your personal circumstances and, where appropriate, have consulted a medical practitioner. You accept full responsibility for the purchase, use, storage, and consumption of the product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PPOP and Saffronson Wellness Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any adverse reactions, health complications, or injuries arising from misuse, failure to follow instructions, or failure to seek medical advice.

All content on ppop.in — including the PPOP brand name, logos, product names, images, and website design — is the exclusive property of Saffronson Wellness Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

By using our platform, you agree not to: use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose; resell or commercially exploit products; submit fake reviews or false orders; attempt unauthorized access to our systems; upload malware; or violate any applicable Indian or international law.

The PPOP platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of any kind. Individual results from product use may vary and are not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPOP's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform or any product purchase shall be limited to the actual amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to that claim.

Your use of our platform is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to full discretion — we do not share your purchase information with third parties for marketing purposes. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no identifying information on the outside.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If unresolved within 30 days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

PPOP reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the following is designated as our Grievance Officer. Complaints will be acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 business days.
