Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel an order placed on the PPOP website.

1. How to request a cancellation

To request a cancellation, contact our customer support with your order number and the phone number/email used to place the order.

2. Cancellation window

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not been shipped.

3. If the order is already shipped

Once we ship the product, the order can only be cancelled by incurring a ₹80 to-and-fro delivery expense (as applicable). If cancellation after shipment is not feasible for your shipment stage, you may refuse delivery or initiate a return (if eligible) as per our Return & Refund Policy.

4. Refund timeline

If your cancellation request is accepted, refunds (where applicable) are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, subject to bank/payment partner timelines.

5. Notes

• Orders may be non-cancellable in certain cases, including suspected fraud, address verification issues, or once handed over to the courier.
