1. Interpretation & definitions

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

  • Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our") refers to SAFFRONSON WELLNESS PRIVATE LIMITED.
  • Goods refers to the items offered for sale on the Platform.
  • Orders means a request by you to purchase Goods from us.
  • Platform / Website refers to PPOP, accessible from our website.
  • You means the individual accessing the Platform, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Platform, as applicable.

2. Shipping & delivery timelines

We do our best to ensure that orders are shipped and delivered as soon as possible. We follow a process to ensure that all Orders are shipped properly and delivered within the expected timeline.

2.1 Online prepaid Orders

  • Orders are typically shipped the same day if placed before 12:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM are typically shipped the next day.
  • Orders are picked up via our third-party shipping partners and are generally delivered within 2–4 days.
  • For remote locations in India, deliveries may take up to 6 days (subject to courier serviceability).

2.2 Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD Orders, we may place an order confirmation call/message to verify and confirm the delivery address.
  • Once confirmed, Orders are typically shipped the same day if confirmed before 12:00 PM, and shipped the next day if confirmed after 12:00 PM.
  • If we are unable to reach you, we may make additional attempts before dispatching the Order.
  • Delivery timelines are generally 2–4 days, and up to 6 days for remote locations, subject to courier serviceability.

2.3 Orders requiring additional verification

Some Orders may require additional verification (for example: address validation, payment validation, or other compliance checks). In such cases, shipping timelines may begin after the verification is completed.

3. Shipping charges

Shipping charges for your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Online prepaid: FREE shipping (unless stated otherwise during promotions or special cases).
  • COD: ₹75 (unless stated otherwise at checkout).

4. Delivery delays

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control such as weather, courier capacity, disruptions, strikes, regional restrictions, or incorrect/incomplete address details.

5. Shipping coverage

We currently ship to addresses in India and cover most serviceable pincodes. If your pincode is not serviceable, our customer support team may contact you to assist.

6. Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation once your Order has shipped, containing your tracking number (where available). Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier partner's system.

7. Discreet packaging

We aim to ship orders in packaging designed to protect your privacy. Packaging details may vary by courier and fulfillment partner.
