Return & Refund Policy
At PPOP, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. We are happy to issue a refund or help with a return based on the conditions listed below.
1. Refund policy
Full refund may be possible if:
- you received a defective item
- the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit
- the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date (if applicable)
Please note
Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is via Credit/Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. Bank/payment partner processing timelines are outside our control.
2. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact our customer support with your order details, including the reason for the refund request. We take customer feedback seriously and use it to improve our service.
3. Return policy
We do our best to ensure that the products you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, if you receive an incomplete order, damaged, or incorrect product(s), please notify PPOP Customer Support immediately or within 7 working days of receiving the product(s) to ensure prompt resolution.
Please note that we may not be able to accept liability for delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 7 working days of receipt.
Returns for non-defective products
We understand that circumstances may arise where you wish to return product(s) that are not defective. In such cases, we may allow the return of unopened and unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, only if you notify us within 30 working days of receipt.
Hygiene & safety note
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may not be eligible for return once opened or used. Eligibility may vary by product category and packaging condition.
